The activity of our company was born 50 years ago, in the immediate post-war period.
During those years there come out the first exigencies of development of the crafts and of automation of those ancient deeds, such as mixing flour, water and yeast to make bread, that till that moment were carried out by the craftsmen in their shops.
And the bakers themselves were the first Customers Trivi started manufacturing the installations for and already at that time they were technologically in the van “ avant-garde”.
As a matter of fact, they had to satisfy the exigencies of those who did not want to renounce to the quality standard of the handicraft made product, even increasing the quantity.
Going by the time, more articulate and complex exigencies have matured, so the technologic proposals of our company have evolved, but the final target has remained always the same : to obtain bakery products in an industrial way, having nothing to envy to the handicraft products, as far as fragrance, taste and freshness are concerned.
The investment in professionalism, started 50 years before, has allowed a constant increase of the technical know-how enabling today’s TRIVI not only to reply to the solicitations of the Customers, but also to anticipate their exigencies by proposing personalized technical solutions.
For these reasons we are aware that the real patrimony where to base a constant growth on is the satisfaction of the Customer.
