Main target : to bring the handicraft shape to industrial level. Our technology in this field is based on the rebuilding of the natural gestures of the traditional pastry-cook.
All this can be achievable thanks to a simple stretching of the base and of the height of the triangle and a high control of the other make up phases, with an advanced system electronically operated.
The machine is complete with the possibility to have the dosing of the stuffing before rolling.
